The chairman uses the words APPEAL, got news for him and to all others no one can appeal against a Magistrates hearing and all his rulings are set in concrete.

All evidence given to Justice Chaney was in regards to a cash call, irrelevant to all so called mitigation, this cash call was not paid within 45 days, therefore his ruling, the JV deemed withdrawal of Wharf stands, full stop.

In other corro on Wharf web some time ago the so called investment was touted as high as $17 mil, poured into this JV now in this address oh wow it's only $5.4 mil.

My personal view I think someone is suffering old age dementure.

If this letter held any water then Wharf has only one option and that is to File and register a writ of grievance against EGO and ERM in the Supreme court of WA, painfully obvious there is no lawyer in this land is going to stick their hand up for that one.

Thus the Perth office of Wharf is closed and they seek their fortunes elsewhere.
