The Company’s Financial Statements from December 2012 show total equity attributable to the shareholders at €391,525,296. The company has 9,796,902,031 shares outstanding. Simple division gives a result of €0.04 (A$0.057)per share at this date. Please note that the shares remain non-tradable, and that the figures above do not represent realisable values. The Directors have published these figures for indicative purposes only and not for reliance by investors.
These figures will be reviewed periodically in the light of any new results and/or any material changes in the European real estate and financial markets.
The Directors will now be considering steps to provide some liquidity to shareholders and in this respect it is pleasing to now have the opportunity to work on returning some value to the shareholders
