Isn't it 1 to 93.375?
Also an installment is due on April 1st. If the resolution is passed on the 28/3 do holders' of ERGG still need to pay the installment? When will the notes be converted if the resolution is passed? I would expect either ERG would go down in price to match ERGG or for ERGG to come up to meet ERG.
