Don't forget the options that are being converted. I believe that many have already been done and will net $2m. So about $5m cash. No CR any time soon. It is common practice to get CRs ratified after the event to reset the 15% rule just in case something comes out of left field. It would be remiss of management to leave themselves unable to raise capital.
