if you think a muilt national is going to try a takeover or a farm in with empire with out permission of ERM power, well it won't happen.
Empire shareholders this is what having your lunch eaten looks like, your asked to vote on it, I suggest if the board can't explain it to us in the coming days, go with your gut and clearly fellow unhappy shareholders here, not just me many like doc are got there own red flags raised. Vote this down and ask the board to a better plan, god knows we pay there wages and there not cheap. This seems to smart by half for this perposal was it written in empire offices or in a Brisbane office.
