The SP was propped prior to the trading halt for CR.
Anyone watching the action would have seen large orders at 70/69 and 68 cents, but they never got hit or they were amended lower as the sell action came into range.
The SPP was not underwritten, the bulk of their fee was made on the insto block.
Mean while management stuff things up further by extending SPP, which is now toxic.
