For someone who holds stock you seem really happy for the price to be falling.
You have been downramping this stock for weeks.
How do you know long term holders were not offered stock? You don't of course, you just made a wild accustaion. I know plenty that were offered stock. A lot took them up. But it is always a good idea to get new holders in at a discount too and they did that as well. Kudos again to management.
