Disclosing AISC is industry best practice, I cant see if they as good as you say they wouldn't disclose it. it really shouldn't be for me to work out . I am not saying they are good or bad, haven't done the research, simply I think its odd they haven't fallen in with other gold companies in terms of disclosure
