As mentioned before I hold a significant number of LOMO (in the millions, even after the 1 for 2 offer) purchased between 17.0 cents and averaged down all the way to 1.3 cents.
If this upward trend and interest continues ... by the time the new LOMO are relisted, my portfolio will look surreal.
The new LOMO have much more leverage than LOM, and hence I suspect that the "premium" paid (allowing for the 30 cent exercise price) will be higher than has historically been the case.
So if you believe that LOM will keep rising between now and April 2016 and that the price will definitely not be below 30 cents again, you are better off buying the new LOMO when relisted (as you would get better leverage and increase by holding more in numbers) and if worst came to worst, simply exercise them in April 2016 and make them become LOM shares (making sure you have enough funds to be able to do this). In the meantime, you would have much more significant leveraging and upside with very little risk (unless the LOM share price falls below 30 cents again ... which at the moment with the expected upcoming news ... seems very very unlikely.
P.S.- I will not be selling any of my LOMO, if anything will probably sell some LOM and buy more as soon as they are relisted.
