Most expensive? I think you will find that PEO are getting some of the best deals in the market. They are a Whole of Business customer with Telstra local and LD meaning that if I have read forum comments correctly they are getting signifient discounts.

Back on their previous tender they did mention optus was one of their potential options but it looks like Telstra was cheaper.

I think PEO are the biggest Telstra reseller in the country(that uses Telstra Local + LD). Optus for example use Telstra local and Optus LD meaning they pay $31+ for line rental. I think PEO pay less than $24.
