Brainchip is a tool, it is up to the Developers to use this tool to create such tools.
As this is just Milestone 2, which getting a hardware version of there software SNAP.
It is the Possibilities in which why people are investing IMO.
It would be cool if I could buy the licence to use this "Brainchip" to help our clients.

That is because there test is a Internal Test. IMO The chip will be Reviewed by outside parties later on.
