I just received my PENOC Options Exercise form and it has been mailed out with an error ... actually quite a significant error.
Exercise price disclosed on the form is $0.03 per PENOC Option as opposed to $1.20.
The $0.03 is obviously the pre 1 for 40 share \ options consolidation exercise price.
Would love to only pay $0.03 cents and immediately submit my form ... although I suspect that it won't be accepted and will then get messy.
I would love to know whether the offer to exercise options at $0.03 is "legally enforceable" if submitted.
