I have no idea on this one but I will make this comment.
In yesterdays AFR there was an ad by Queensland Business Underwriters seeking a "tech' company to backdoor into a publicly listed company based in QLD - as it is reconstructing.
Do a search under Queensland Business Underwriters in Google and up come ECU.
Is it them who are re-contructing.
