I imagine the people who helped promote and market to their clients that this company is a worthwhile investment would be the majority of the recipients and Corporate advisors who have helped with directing the company to the bigger picture unfolding with LogiTag........would be my best guess.

When the company goes from a $1.5m Market Cap to $11m MC in the space of a couple of months......I think most shareholders would be happy to see whoever got them to keep doing the great job they have done on
(1) Getting the deal consummated
(2) Getting the stock to trade solid and regular volume
(3) Re-rating the worth of the company.

For me, I am happy to see these types of commercial arrangements as the Option holders will also want :
(1) Strong SP value before converting
(2) Putting cash into the company on conversion making the company's cash holdings strong as it grows

I am comfortable with my entry and holding as I have thoroughly researched the company and am satisfied with where it's heading.
