Ann: Update on gridComm transaction, page-21

The share price increased because investors anticipated a better business prospects in gridComm. Today update has confirmed investors' expectation. This will increase investors' confidence in gridComm.

IMO, the increase in share price has nothing to do with the signing of share sale agreement. Therefore, the delay in signing of the share sale agreement will not affect the share price downwardly.

Solid update and hope the share price would have another good run until signing of the acquisition agreement.
