Would anyone subscribe at this point in time when they can buy on market at currently 71 cents for $15000 maximum

If an announcement before deadline date was made - then of course share price would move beyond the 73 cents mark

I would suggest the company is holding back information for after deadline close

But as I said in a previous thread - it really is a moot point because of the following clauses in the Offer Document

ability to extend

ability to close early

ability to allocate short fall
