Etrade DOWN AGAIN, page-5

I use Etrade along with four other houses. Lately they have been in the dumps as far as I am concerned. Installing way to many securities restrictions and etc. all for my benefits I've been told. My trading cost is $9.00. I tend to use limits and AON. My cash is insured. U.S. government rules have a limit in place on insured cash thus requiring me to use different houses. My biggest complaint is order-filling time. By having several trading houses I can put up with the time down that occurs from time to time with Etrade. It should be noted that Etrade does offer some stocks unable at other house.
