I know this thread is not very active, but hopefully reaches someone.
Surely this shell will be the target of another acquisition. From my understanding, this was a shell that the relevant parties/business men picked up with the view of back dooring something. If this acquisition failed to go through, won't it either be used for;
i) datalabs when the time is right
ii) another company when the opportunity arrises
Point i'm making is, surely we will see another acquisition at some point or another.
