So are you going to gain more taking legal action? Or just lose more? Will actuon defend tou from this happening again.
I get money and emotion...but seriously check the emotion is my advice.
They needed cash....they signed a contract and the lender exploited the fine print. Look at the debacle with Alans own loans and shares....incompetence is far more likely than what some are suggesting.
Should th ey have had the smarts to:
-remive certain claises from the deal
- ensured they didnt break terms of deal allowing what transpired?
Lets see what happens over the next 6 months. Keep your healthy cynicism by all means but dont go jumping to everything is a conspiracy.
I am a critic of Alans but i dont think he was a crook. Just out of his depth. I stated repeatedly that him being the biggest shareholder means his motivation to make short term decisions or biased decisions was a risk. His own peesonal circumstances seemed rather convoluted at years end so think he just got in way over his head and him and executives made a bad deal and were made to pay the price...all imo
