Ditto baxtasan's thoughts.
Limited info available and a very large range in possible pricing.
I might be luke warm at $1.55 but definitely not interested at $2.50. You don't know the price before committing so therefore I am officially not interested.
Forecast growth for the next 3 years when there really hasn't been much in the last 3 years: eg:
EBITDA growth goes from 0.3% in 2014 to 17% (in 2015), 22.3% (in 2016) and 12.5% (in 2017), and
EBITDA margin's are forecast to improve also from steady around 10% (in 2013, 2014 and 2015) to 12.9% in 2016, 13.4% in 2017 and 13.7% in 2018.
Significant increases - are they maintainable or are they a result of 'window dressing'?
Debt reduction is a positive - the highish debt currently being why they have presented figures at an EBITDA level I guess.
Sorry, but I am sceptical.
