VIC Brown Coal Tax, page-53

Not sure how it works but i assume the miner pays for this, I assume ect won't be using the brown coal at BM, so whoever they get their brown coal from (miner) will be liable for the tax, thats not to say that miner will not pass on the increase to ECT,

Anyway we are arguing over an increase for providing power to victoria of a population of what 5 mil?.

I'm more keen to get India moving what's the population there again? wheres ect looking to biuld a demo plant again? what billion dollar companies they involved with again? Victoria pffft,

My personal opinion in victoria has always been brown coal is dead and the cost to export is a pipe dream that will most likely not happen. Lets see what the result of the feasibility study after june and get this demo plant going even fast tracking matmor would get everyone even more excited.
