Re fundamentals...

True fundamentals are grounded in performance and external points of reference; not just statements and pronouncements by management.


YPB management has done a considerable amount of "ramping" over the last 12 months with no less than 54 "price sensitive" announcements in 2015-16! I am very wary of any company that issues Guidance for next year! Its like "we (YPB) either don't know, or don't like, the imminent performance numbers so we won't provide guidance on them but the "future" looks terrific..." and "... oh by the way, after telling everybody how good the (non-accountable) performance may be here is a capital raising!"

This an issue of Trust. I don't know these guys and have no idea about their values and morals...it just looks to me that they "play a bit sharp".

I own shares and don't know whether I'm a holder or a seller.
