Top up time, page-5

Spot on Hoek67.....we see it all the time on various stocks and particularly here with PLP over the last 3 weeks - has been a constant.

Look, bottom line is (and I have mentioned it a number of times on these threads) - the day to day transactions up until CR completion are going to be mixed with fluctuations and accumulators shaking out weak holders. Particularly now being so close to record date, the DT's and ST's will not get in to push the stocks up so we are seeing pure manipulation to accumulate more at lower levels by smart money.

Even more noticeable here with our fellow PLP'ers in recent times who have just come into the stock - is their nervousness and lack of understanding of the process of how a CR effects an SP or how their entitlements to the 3;5 work - these are the very holders that are falling to the accumulators and selling down, add to that the profit takers. I would suggest encouragement as there is plenty ahead of us that has the potential to see today's SP a very distant memory.

Only once the CR is complete and news comes to hand will the SP realize potential....dilution should not be an issue once it is disclosed what we have at our tenements in Australia and abroad, the outcome of our applications for licence grants at Euriowie, further news at Gobbo's, L-Max licence agreements and/or JV's, income from our JV partners abroad ETC ETC.

Further, I find it a very clever play from our directors that as we approach AGM and CR record date, NO NEWS has been released at all; regarding any of our pending activities as clearly outlined in the AGM document. Really, based on the document - there is news to be told but to me it seems they are holding it back. Hard not to feel that this is a strategic play to protect the SP up until CR is complete/ weeks just after - which, once released will encourage holders to stay in and enjoy the ride to new highs.
