Totally agree with GG, this looks like it is all about conserving cash. And for WLD to defer the timing without incurring penalties is a big win for WLD.

One thing I would say, I think the focus on "profit" in a number of the previous posts is totally misplaced. The key short term issue for these guys is Free Cash Flow (and subsequently Debt). Profit does not pick up the movement in Working Capital, which is significant for this business. On my numbers they are going to be sailing pretty close on a few of their debt covenants (see prospectus for details) cum FY16 results.
