Ann: VIT enters into Scheme Implementation Deed-VIT.AX, page-108

I own these shares too. I bought in at a $2.47 earlier in the year with a small parcel.
Have been doing a far bit of gambling and trading to get my average down to $1.76 so have had to work pretty hard and have about 400% more shares - could see plenty of potential in this company so in for the long haul.
Like many shan't be losing money if this deal goes through, however I too think the offer a low ball.
After reading the announcement there is no reason a larger company who sees the same potential wouldn't throw their hat in the ring to stifle the proposed deal.
Just my opinion and two cents worth.
If it comes to it and the deal is done I feel for the investors who's average price is higher than the bid price
