How are these figures , property purchase price 150k euro + 4k cost . Renovation 20k euro
Rental return currently 24k euro per annum .
Most likely you wont believe these figures but thats the return, thats the reason i wouldnt touch property in this country for investment. There is far better return elsewhere with hugely reduced risk.


Obviously i dont know your circumstances and if your happy with your investment thats all that matters , we will have to agree to disagree on this one i think.
