I personally don't see anything wrong with the CEO salary. You have to offer competitive salaries in order to attract and retain experienced leaders. That's just the way it works.

After all the dust settles, the only thing that really matters here is sales. They need to sell more tests. The only way I see this happening is if the sales reps have more concrete evidence to market and sell to doctors. This is where the clinical study test results come in.

That being said, this company has a serious problem with lack of communication with the shareholders. It is ridiculous and should be fixed.
