    Seen a chart that showed on average it can take even longer just look at the likes of NKP ....seen a chart which shows the time it takes into production has only been going one way ...of course with lower average grades(needing larger plants) and more issues with local bodies and rules laws ...politics ....funding issues etc etc ...what would take 5-7yrs can take upto 15yrs
