In any listed company the majority of small holders don't bother to vote. It takes a major push by significant holders and their networks to spill a board. This isn't about to happen to KNL.
On a side note, isn't it the volatility of speccie stocks which attracts us like moths to the flame to make huge gains or burn and die? Long live the volatility I say.
