    $2M has been paid. Yes, it is accounted for in the cash or otherwise spent.

    $6M is owing.

    Plus another $2M if mining ever starts at the gold mine.

    The cash backing at 31/3/17 (if the $6M is received) will be around 2.6 cents per share.

    Then there is the Thai lithium asset, the (pretty good) Mongolian coal and whatever else they have.
