Probably not.
A company that is generating positive $4m in operating cash flow won't stay at around $30m market cap.
There is a good chance that this year is just a hiccup on their growth curve, which will make these prices ultra-cheap. The question is whether you believe this is just a hiccup .. but in any case they are increasing their cash holdings and that is never a bad thing
