There 34 hospitals in the UK using Penthrox and 11 major trauma centres. Its not hard to work out how many hospitals are in the UK and the take up rate of Penthrox. I think they have put this announcement out to soften the blow come there half yearly report. Like it was mentioned above the SP is factoring in explosive growth. MVP is definitely worth well north of a 300m market cap once FDA approval has been granted and we have been selling in Europe for a few years with Penthrox being taking up at a solid clip but not in the short term.
Why cant management release some numbers in regards to the number of units sold in the UK? I am sure I am not the only frustrated by this.
