Both. Wedin is involved in DKO as well as Asgard Metals (large shareholder of DKO) and Magni Associates (50% holder of Kobald [with Magentastar being a ?])
I was advised that Frances would be a beneficiary from the Kobald sale. I haven't checked into that, nor advised on how the deal was structured, so I'd take that with a grain of salt unless advised otherwise. They are however, business associates so who knows. Will advise when I know more.
At any rate, the technical background behind this resource seems pretty sound to me
