Mr Beament says at 12:50 that they need to fund Millennium and some other big projects that are planned for the next 18 months. So don't expect any big increase in dividends for the time being.
It wasn't all that long ago NST was at 5cps. People holding since those days aren't complaining about the dividend now. When those projects mature we might look forward to further increases in dividends. Given the company's track record I'd say there's a good chance of it.
