Absolutely crazy I've got 1/4 of my cost base back in just this one 90 cent dividend payout. two more dividends (assuming stays at 10c) and I would have now had my original capital returned to me in dividends added up through the years. Proves it can be a good idea to invest based on net assets/book value.
