I'm not sure how these cap raises work but was/is there an opportunity to go to the investors and in effect auction off shares? If this placement was indeed heavily oversubscribed then we may have got the placement at 3.9 or 4 for the amount of money sought.
Also, a bit torn about whether it will work out in our favour if UK get two days trading in a row with this. One part of me thinks the massive dump will come tonight and then stabilise or improve on Friday. That being the case it might be in our favour to resume trading on Monday.
