Yes but things change quickly, markets crash and even multi billion dollar companies stop negotitions when times get tough. Markets at an all time high and will go down.....fact! Better to get a solid deal initially not wait because companies are overly demanding. The political situation in the States could change overnight and start up companies like BRN will be left in limbo. Let's get an initial deal asap so that all the prophecies on here can flourish. I don't think we can afford to be too patient for too long.
