The Annual General meeting will be coming up and I will be voting in this manner as per the brief accompanying description. This is a case of Superior Numbers.

Resolution 1. No - While the vote result is only advisory, if, at consecutive Annual General meetings, at least 25% of votes are cast on a remuneration report as against the resolution Shareholders can initiate a Spill Resolution to reconsider the appointment of directors.

Resolution 4. No - They are not maintaining cash reserves or shareholder value, they are not getting a portion of their wage at such a discounted SP. NO DEAL
