The MACD is negative and below its signal line. The configuration is negative. Moreover, the stock is trading under both its 20 and 50 day MA (respectively at 1.04 and 1.2). Finally, Quintis has penetrated its lower daily Bollinger band (0.51). Quintis is currently trading near its 52 week low at 0.29 reached on 12/05/17.
