I'd like to believe that the sale will proceed, but in reality, it is unlikely to go ahead IMO. I this this is most of the SH betting on. If the sale goes ahead, I think it will boost the sp significantly, to mid 30s IMO. With all the money in the coffers, then they could start progessing with any of their new venture if they wish. In property market term, it would be 'buyers market'.
