i believe tpg building a 4th metro network is providing down ward pressure on tls's sp,but imo tpg between the nbn and cost/competition of building a 4th mobile network tpg sp will have a 4 in front of it.
I;m sure tls,optus even vodafone who basically gave tpg the opportunity will b planning how to compete with a tpg 4g metro.
