Looks like you are right about the market being weary Re: the Ph3 results.
Yesterdays news is HUGE for the company moving forward.
We know that the Vivagel has now been proven to be successful at treating BV (FDA changing requirements for 2012 failed trial), We are awaiting results to see if it will prevent recurrence.
No matter what the result of this trial there will still be an NDA that will be submitted to the FDA. This will be for the treatment of BV which is still a $0.75B market.
IF the results of the trail are positive then that will open the NDA to both the treatment and prevention markets worth $1.75B combined!
I just cannot work out why they have not clearly communicated to the market that no matter what the result of this trial there will still be an NDA!!!!!
Please correct me if anything i have posted above is not accurate.
