How excellent for shareholders if GCN gets unsuspended and profitable.
I am cautious, though I may be unnecessarily suspicious.
My recollection is that the problem of suspension started when an auditor could not be found who agreed with the value GCN was assigning to GoGreen shares. Yet in today's announcement GCN states: "Dismissal of the winding up application has removed an important obstacle in the finalisation of the audit for GCN's outstanding financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2016 and half year ended 31 December 2016. GCN's auditor has been informed of this latest positive development and is now
proceeding to conclude the audit for the respective outstanding financial statements."
The two problems seem unrelated.
I also wonder whether the forecast profitability is based on receipts from customers, in the normal course of business, or from some abstruse 'sale' of GoGreen shares.
