Yeah, an old fashioned non-renounceable rights issue, with any shortfall under written, could have raised the necessary funds without diluting existing shareholders to such a large extent. I'm also puzzled why they left it so late to raise the funds given the strategic review was completed six months ago when the share price was much higher.
