Personally think reason why nuh SP is suffering IS caus of as sydney15 previously suggested its the "elephant in the room" scenario hmmm? And until the 'elephant' is payed-off nuh SP will remain low hung fruit, permanently alas.

...Hence shareholders need to go to David Miller and David Cannington and seek help in buying the 'elephants' shares. Otherwise NO reprieve. Messrs Cannington/Miller will be well aware of whom 'elephant' is, trust me on that - and will realise for sake of shareholder base and their company they will need to seek a positive outcome for all concerned!

But be aware 'the elephant in room' with 400,000 shares will NOT be bought out cheap.
& of course once (the elephant is gone) nuh SP will go thru roof and I mean upwards of 2$ right where we all know it deserves to be so once deed is done, and the elephant is happy -buy up huuuge jus before the ascension in SP!
-and all in a relatively short time too it should be stated.
