As someone working as a web developer, I think Westpac are doing a LOUSY job with their site.
Even when something breaks down, at least they could have a page up saying "we are experiencing problems, the staff are working hard to resolve them. Please contact such and such".
I ve moved my broking to TraderDealer.com.au. Only use Westpac mostly as a backup now.
