@constanz58 if you get someone to help you with the link you'll find it relates to paid advertising, editorials and sponsorship of the articles written for, or by a company.
Paying to have an article placed in a newspaper can be exercised by anyone, as long as the newspaper accepts 'their' copy as fact. (e.g. Crown Casino refuting Ian Wilkies' allegation of corruption made under parliamentary privilege.)
Can LIT be sued? Yes, if the aggrieved decides their information is incorrect and/or misleading.
Can I be sued? Of course, but I am at a loss as to whom or what is going to sue me.(if I'm reading your post correctly)
As for being tracked down, it wouldn't be difficult for HC to find me. They have my number and I would happily take their call any time.
