Well that of course is assuming there is a sale at all and I can't see FAR waiting for something that has no timeline and may not happen...the other thing is if BP and CNE are in talks then BP will be in CNE's data room and along with CNE are quite capable of coming up with their own numbers, they have exactly the same data as FAR....IMO the RISC report will be released on receipt of it as per normal...

I suspect CNE's response to the first article as "total nonsense " and again later as "no substance" is most likely correct, especially regarding the % and the price...at a guess CNE like most Companies will be in regular talks with other Companies and BP could certainly be one .

If BP were in talks with CNE, a deal had been signed and gone so far that they were only awaiting Govt permission then CNE's shareholders would have to be made aware of it and the details....so would their JV Partners...its material to say the least..
