They have a dual strategy internal and a partnered program. They have the AZ multiproduct licence and 2 under development. AZD0455 for USD126m + royalties. The first estimate was for over $1bn peak sales and now that has become a multi-billion estimate for this one single product. JF stated that "the performance of AZD0455 is quite remarkable".
