Say a course of Fleurstat costs Aspen $15 all up (not a real price, just for the purpose of this post). Say Aspen sell to pharmacies wholesale for $25 and the Pharmacies sell it for, say $40.
In America the health insurers will pick up the bill (premiums are paid by employers), the same course might be $100 after prescription charges (and the doctor's consultation to get the prescription another $100).
I can see a great business for a web site! or two!
